    3. Extra-Dark: 80% cacao.

    1. Buttercream: starts with a blend of white chocolate and butter for a soft creamy sensation. Mixes very well with ground nuts.
    2. Mousse: Whipped cream, dark chocolate and a drop of cognac.
    3. Solid: Simply the chocolate you selected, great with whole nuts and fruits.
    4. Crunchy: Blend of dark chocolate, butter and rice crisps.
    5. Ganache: Heavy cream and dark chocolate for a soft silky feeling. Mixes well with everything including spice infusions.
    6. Vegan: The equivalent of a ganache but with a cream made of almonds and cashew.
