You then travel to the Abruzzi Mountains in Central Italy to fetch a wild white truffle and some fresh cream or in a place of your choice to pick your favorite ingredient, go to the central factory in Belgium to get the freshest raw cocoa, and then fly back to New York. Your chocolatier will then prepare the chocolate delicacy and deliver it to your house, anywhere in the U.S., but you then have to wait a week, so the inner flavors will get their full expression. Your chocolatier will then comeback to serve it to you, with a glass of 100 Years-Old Cognac or the drink of your choice. Serving is actually 6 to 12 pieces.
